Brown Butter Strawberry Cookies
Ingredients
- ½ cup butter
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1½ cup flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup chopped strawberries
- 2 tbsp pink sprinkles
Method
- Brown the butter in a pan until nutty and golden. Let it cool for 10 minutes.
- Whisk in the sugar, then the egg and vanilla.
- Fold in the flour, baking soda and salt, then the strawberries.
- Scoop onto a lined tray, top with sprinkles and bake at 350°F for 12 minutes.
